  Fresh burger + fries, they make their food right away.
  I only got the little cheeseburger, and it already keep me full. The burger was juicy and delicious.
  Also, you could pick as many topic you want.

  Five Guys is a great chain but this location is terrible.  I was there last night and carried out my order.  There were napkins stuffed in the top of the bags so I couldn't see the fries until I got home.  If I lived closer I would have gone right back because the fries were practically burned!  They were very dark brown and chewy instead of light golden and crispy.  Too bad the Crofton location closed it was awesome.  If you are craving Five Guys try Severna Park (my new favorite location) or Arundel Mills.  Skip this location.

  I loved my burger at five guys.  I have been craving a burger for about a week now.
  I couldn't hold off any longer and decided to pick up burgers for everyone after work.
  So l avoided the line by going to the website and placing my order for ASAP. We all had the regular size bacon cheeseburger. I picked the toppings to suit all of our tastebuds. I personally like that you can do that.  Sorry l was so excited l forgot to take  pictures. Greedy me lol. I also ordered one small  cajun fries and that was plenty enough to share for two people.  I must say they were pretty tasty. I paid in advance so everything wss ready upon arrival. I just had to go straight to the pick-up line. Everything was good and my son and husband enjoyed their burger as well. Definitely plan on returning.

  Worst Five Guys ever.  Soggy fries, no tomato or lettuce even though it was clearly on the order.  Paid for extra cheese.  Pretty much no cheese.  Even the burgers tasted not as good.  We will not return.  Never had this problem before.

  As far as fast food, particularly quick and fresh burger joints go in MD, I think five guys deserves a solid 4 stars. They are significantly above McDonald's or Burger King in their quality and cleanliness.
  
  This five guys has extremely friendly staff and they keep the tables and floor clean. The food is always hot, I love that the fries are barely cool enough to eat so that my drive home doesn't result in cold fries. I have never been disappointed in the quality of food and service is fast.
  
  My only complaint is that when I order online, I don't believe they start the order until I arrive. Which is great for hot food but I could have just ordered in person..
